ROCKY ROAD PIZZA

For those sweet tooth times, baked in a pizza pan and brimming with delectable toppings of marshmallows, chocolate, nuts and caramel

1 tub Jezebels Cookie Mix
1 ½ sticks softened butter
2 large eggs

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
¾ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup bottled caramel sauce topping
¾ cup coarsely chopped nuts

Preheated oven of 350 degrees

Combine Cookie Mix, butter and eggs, using 1 to 2 Tablespoons water, if necessary. Blend together thoroughly.

Pat cookie dough into greased pizza pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.

Remove from oven and while still warm, scatter the marshmallows over the cookie base pizza. Then scatter the chocolate chips and drizzle with caramel topping. Scatter the nuts on top.

Return to the oven and bake for approximately 10 more minutes or just until the marshmallows are melted but not browned.

Cool completely and then cut into wedges with a dollup of whipped cream and a stemmed maraschino cherry on top of each slice.
